Concrete Homes
EC3 CONCRETE HOMES are designed to last over thousand years with modern sophistication. Homes are structured with concrete and internal steel reinforcement (rebar) and smoothly finished to modern styles. Ancient Egyptian and Roman civilizations, built with concrete, are still standing today. Concrete homes have the highest protection rates against fire, wind, insects, and storm damage. With little cost increase (estimated at less than 3%) for concrete construction, why not give your next custom home the gift of security and longevity that comes with steel reinforced concrete homes.
Poly-Steel Framed Homes
EC3 FRAMED POLY-STEEL HOMES (framed with poly-steel exteriors) are inexpensive small homes (400 to 1300 sq. ft.) solution, currently costing between $80,000 to $180,000 depending on the size.
Fast, these homes are transported to the job site in raw Conex form, as seen in video, and finished to regional standards in short time frames. Installed in less than two weeks, in most instances (if weather permitting), and finished within 30 days if builds are completed on site, to almost any exterior facade.

Finished to modern, traditional or rustic facades, these builds are great for primary residences, guest houses and ADU’s (auxiliary dwelling units).
Homes are available with off—grid features; including solar sustainability, wood burning fireplace, propane gas ovens, and water heaters; and the highest electrical efficiency ratings. All our homes come standard with smart home energy control and security.
Room Additions
FRAMED POLY STEEL ADDITIONS can be installed in as little time as two weeks (with weather permitting) for any style home finish. Most common additions include:
